Richmond and Kingston Planning departments take between 8 and 16 weeks to issue consent so a long lead time is always ideal. There are also Party Wall matters to resolve, Build Over agreements with Thames Water, Building Control notices to issue and possibly Listed Building or Environment Agency reports to prepare.
