Caoimhe and Charlie, a young couple who work in the city, needed a larger open plan kitchen and dining space for their home at Royal road in Teddington TW11. Their brief was to integrate a small rear garden with the house. So we designed a bespoke aluminium roof light, full length bifolding doors and patio flush with kitchen floor. We also installed underfloor heating, a new boiler, a utility room and an under the stairs loo. We also installed a kitchen unit and did the tiling with complete decoration.

During the project Good Design and Build took full efforts to ensure that the project was running smoothly by organising time to time discussions with clients and builders. All requests of the clients were considered and taken action upon. On site changes were made to the plan as per our client’s specification.

Caoimhe and Charlie are thrilled with their brand new kitchen and have also allowed us to take our potential clients for a visit.

The project was completed in 12 weeks and the total build cost was £55K.
