We did this quirky little wrap around extension for our clients Ana and Paul in West Norwood. We created an open plan kitchen dining with an island that required a steel box frame to be installed. We added French doors and rooflights to maximise the natural light in the newly converted space. We also installed the kitchen and refurbished their bathroom on the first floor. Ana and Paul wanted to create a ‘homely’ feel and integrate the garden with living space. They had very interesting ideas about how they wished to use the space and what finishes they wanted. We started with the design process and created plans to suit their requirements. We acquired all necessary planning and building control approvals and also helped sort out the party wall agreements. The build went smoothly and the project was completed in 14 weeks with a total build cost of £70K. The end result was to their complete satisfaction and they tell us that they are absolutely in love with their new kitchen extension and first floor bathroom!
